About this Project
This Starbucks location used a wood-panel ceiling soffit to warm up the counter and seating area, carrying the same wood tone down into the counter base so the millwork reads as one connected design element rather than a ceiling detail and a counter treated separately.
A retail coffee shop lives and dies on how inviting its counter area feels, and the wood soffit gives this store a warm, residential quality that sets it apart from a standard drop-ceiling retail buildout.
