Project Manager – Millwork Installations
The Project Manager oversees commercial millwork, casework, and architectural panel installation projects from award through closeout. You will own scheduling, budgets, submittals, procurement, and field coordination across multiple job sites, serving as the main point of contact for general contractors, architects, and our fabrication and installation teams.
- Manage multiple commercial millwork, casework, and wall-panel installation projects simultaneously, from handoff through punch list and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans.
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs; coordinate with architects, general contractors, and internal fabrication.
- Procure materials and subcontractors; track purchase orders, change orders, and billing.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to clients and leadership.
- Enforce safety, quality, and on-time delivery standards in the field.
- 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, millwork, casework, or architectural finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency with scheduling and project-management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam).
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed; valid driver’s license.
- OSHA 30 certification a plus.
Superintendent – Millwork Installations
The Superintendent runs day-to-day field operations for our millwork and architectural panel installations. You will lead installation crews, manage site logistics, and make sure every project is installed safely, on schedule, and to specification, working closely with the general contractor and the Project Manager.
- Supervise on-site installation crews and subcontractors across commercial projects.
- Coordinate daily field activities, deliveries, and site logistics with the general contractor and project manager.
- Verify field dimensions and site conditions; resolve installation issues as they arise.
- Maintain daily logs, track progress, and enforce quality control at each phase.
- Champion jobsite safety and OSHA compliance.
- Conduct punch-list walkthroughs and ensure a clean, complete closeout.
- 5+ years of field/installation experience in millwork, casework, or architectural finishes, with 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Expert ability to read construction and shop drawings.
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 preferred; ability to travel and work across multiple job sites.
- Valid driver’s license.
Master Carpenter / Assembly
Our Master Carpenters build and assemble high-end architectural millwork, casework, and wall-panel systems in our shop. This is a craftsmanship role for someone who takes pride in tight tolerances and a flawless finish on every piece that leaves the floor.
- Fabricate and assemble custom casework, millwork, and panel systems from shop drawings.
- Cut, join, laminate, edge-band, and finish wood, HPL, phenolic, and veneer materials.
- Operate shop tools and machinery safely and accurately.
- Perform quality checks to ensure tight tolerances and finish quality.
- Prepare completed assemblies for packaging and shipping.
- Mentor junior assemblers and help maintain a clean, safe work area.
- 5+ years of finish carpentry, cabinetmaking, or architectural millwork fabrication experience.
- Ability to read and build from shop drawings and cut lists.
- Expertise with panel saws, edgebanders, routers, and standard woodworking tools.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.
CNC Operator
The CNC Operator sets up and runs CNC routers and machining centers to cut and machine panel and millwork components with speed and precision. You keep production moving while holding every part to spec.
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC routers and machining centers.
- Load and interpret CNC programs; make offsets and tooling changes.
- Load sheet goods (HPL, phenolic, plywood, MDF, veneer) and verify material and grain direction.
- Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and finish quality.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and safe.
- Coordinate with programming and assembly to keep production flowing.
- 2+ years operating CNC routers or machining centers (woodworking or panel processing preferred).
- Ability to read shop drawings and cut lists; basic understanding of G-code / CAM a plus.
- Familiarity with nesting/CAM software (e.g., Cabinet Vision, AlphaCAM, Enroute) a plus.
- Strong math and measurement skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Reliable and safety-focused.
Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate keeps our shop and shipping operations moving, receiving materials, staging jobs, and preparing finished millwork for delivery. If you are organized, dependable, and safety-minded, this is a great way to join a growing team.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and hardware.
- Pull and stage materials for production and installation jobs.
- Package, wrap, and load finished millwork and panels for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and an organized, clean warehouse.
- Support shipping and receiving paperwork and loading schedules.
- 1+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience.
- Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain one.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand or move throughout the shift.
- Basic computer and inventory skills; dependable and team-oriented.
- Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
