About this Project
The Pembroke Pines Civic Center used AAPG's acoustical clouds and wall panels to control sound across its large public assembly spaces, a critical requirement for a venue that hosts everything from civic meetings to community events.
Suspended acoustic clouds let the design team manage reverberation in a large-volume space without covering the entire ceiling, keeping the architectural ceiling plane visible while still hitting the acoustic targets the space required.
