About this Project
Meres Crossing, a multifamily community in Tarpon Springs, used AAPG's exterior panel system to give its buildings a durable, low-maintenance facade with a contemporary look. The panel system was selected to withstand Florida's coastal climate while giving the property a more architectural street presence than typical multifamily cladding.
For ownership groups managing multifamily assets over the long term, an exterior panel system that resists weathering while still looking sharp on day one is a meaningful part of the value proposition, and Meres Crossing reflects that balance.
